Error: Current text element does not resolve to a Java element.

I get this when I select 'Open declaration' from the context menu when
selecting a method.

What does this mean, pls?

Hi,

perhaps you have selected a text region, which does not represent a java
element, e.g. some comment.
You can use Shift + Alt + Arrow up to select the enclosing java element.
