I have just upgraded Eclipse from Juno to the latest version of Kepler. Now the Available Software Sites is empty (Window > Preferences > Install/update > Available Software Sites).

I am wondering if anyone could offer a tip. I saw a very old bug report, and tried the solution by deleting two lines in dialog_settings.xml, but it does not work.

Any tip will be greatly appreciated.
