We're using Eclipse 3.7.2, and if we use Chrome, Firefox, or IE 10, the style sheet isn't being applied to the xhtml pages, but it's working on the html pages. It also works if we use the native Eclipse browser or IE 8, or IE 10 in compatibility mode.

I've attached what we have at the top of the xhtml pages.

Any idea what we should change to get the style sheets to work?
