Hello everybody,
Here is the background.
I have a GEF editor with a splitter in the middle( which i did using
SashForm). On the left side of the splitter, i display one model object
and on the right side of the splitter, i display another model object of
the same type. I dont need a palette as i dont want to edit the diagram.
I initialize the graphical viewers on either sides of splitter with a
diagram model object.
Now the problem is as follows:
On the left hand side of the splitter, a rectangle shaped figure which
represents a model object m1 is displayed.
On the right hand side of the splitter, a rectangle shaped figure which
represents a model object m2 is displayed.
When i click on the rectangle figure in the left hand side of the
splitter, these two things should happen:-
1) the children of model object m1 which may be represented by some
figures should be displayed on the left hand side.
2)It should also display the children of the model object m2 on the right
hand side of the splitter.
Remember that i am clicking only on the left hand side diagram but that
should display children of the corresponding model objects on both left
hand side and right hand sides. How to achieve this?
I hope you have got the problem. Or if more explanations is required,
please tell me, i will try my best to explain the problem better. Waiting
for a reply.
Thank you very much
Best Regards
Shruthi
