Labels in Palette appears to be cut in RTL mode [message #213086]

This is very specific BiDi issue related to the ability of the product to
mirror its interface (and sometimes alter other aspects of its behavior)
when
Eclipse is started with option "-dir rtl"

1. Start eclipse with "-dir rtl" option
2. Create any logic file
3. Switch to Palette
4. Look at the labels (e.g. Label, Text, Dynamic Text etc.)

Result: All labels except for "Report Items" appear cut from the left. For
example List label appear as _ist.

Expected result: All labels fully appear as in case in which Eclipse is ran
in
regular mode (without -dir rtl option).
