I have a problem with eclipse Kepler and the JavaFX Tools. When I start my eclipse with JavaFX Tools then appears a error message (attachment) and the tools are deactivated.

index.php/fa/17825/0/

It shows that I don't running this eclipse with Java 7 or 8 but I have installed the current Java version on my MacBook. I have also a eclipse Juno with e(fx)clipse but this error doesn't appear and the tools are activated.

I have no idea where the error is or how I can fix it.

So what is the default java on your system? If java7/8 are not the
default you need to launch your eclipse with -vm.

java -version
java version "1.8.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0-b132)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.0-b70, mixed mode)

/usr/libexec/java_home
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0.jdk/Contents/Home

The error message still appears, when I launch eclipse with -vm /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0.jdk/Contents/Home

Somehow your eclipse does not use that one. You can check which version
is used by opening Eclipse > Über/About Eclipse > Installation Details >
Configuration.
