Where do I find the latest information on help plug-ins and dynamic help? [message #212140]

A few years ago, I was able to post questions to a newsgroup. The
documentation for help doesn't seem to have kept up with the implementation
and it leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

Hi Ruth. I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you tryting to write

Yes, I'm writing help (actually generating it from FrameMaker files) for a
set of Eclipse plug-ins. Of course, the help is contributed as a
documentation plug-in.

Hi. I'm guessing that you've already looked at the 3.2.2 help (Platform
Plug-in Developer Guide / User assistance support / Help). There is a
newsgroup called eclipse.platform.ua that appears to be oriented toward
help authoring, but it doesn't look very active. The other newsgroup you
might try would be the eclipse.platform.rcp forum. Hope this helps. Mark
