Hello,
I have been experimenting with the Shapes example program and
decided to give the a shape a name property. I would like the name property
to be unique.

I would normally interrogate the collection of shapes do determine if the
name is unique, but in the shapes example I am not exactly sure where to do
this.

I don't really want to give a Shape a reference to the collection it belongs
to.

I was wondering if there is a GEF way of performing this type of validation?
