I got this problem while working in eclipse kepler.I'm using jdk 7u51.Could any one help me out of this problem.

This question doesn't really have anything to do with Eclipse.

It looks like the VM crashed while going into some native code. You should file a bug report as the instructions in the log suggest, or contact Microsoft for support.

Is there any alternative way to complete my project after reporting bug?or should i wait till fixing.....

I can only suggest you see if there are other (newer?) drivers for the SQL server that don't make use of native libraries, or try using a different SQL server entirely.

Now i changed my DB to MS access.I got the following error "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcdriver".
I heard that Ms Access need not require separate jars while working with java.But due to this error i included rt.jar in libraries, still i'm getting the same error.Can any one help me out?

To repeat what Nitin said before, these forums are for discussions related specifically to Eclipse. You should ask general programming questions on a general programming forum, such as Stack Overflow.
