That's a hard question to deal with, Eclipse used to be hooked up to the
CIA bot (http://cia.vc/stats/project/eclipse) so maybe you can look
there for an estimate of maybe what the platform has for commits... I
don't know how you can do LOCs... or why that is particularly relevant.
