Hello,
I am trying to use the import wizard from File>Import>General>Existing
Projects into Workspace.
I then select the root directory to be the c:\ directory and click enter.
It seems that the c:\ directory might be too big of a search area.

The projects I know exist in c:\ don't show up in my Projects list and I get
the error pasted below listed in my Error Log.

I'm using Windows 2000 with eclipse 3.2 and java 1.6.
I have tried this with other older version of eclipse and java as well as on
Linux and the result is the same.

Has anyone else heard of this issue?

You're trying to import the entire contents of your c: drive?!
You need to use the Browse... button to individually select each
directory that holds a project, not the entire drive.

Hope this helps,
Eric
