Hi Dirk,

we have quite a special case here with a table that contains column groups. The next step is to implement a selection behaviour where selections can happen only within a column group, kind of a partial row selection.

What would you recommend to achieve this? There is a lot of stuff in the nattable already: selection provider, selection model, what is the best approach to achieve this? Inside the NatTable the selection may be cell-based but the API of the widget shall pass the business objects that are affected by the current selection.
