FreeFormConnection not starting at the tip of anchor at 100%zoom [message #1263142]

Hi,

I have attached a screenshot to better understand the issue we are facing.

index.php/fa/17629/0/

I'm making use of BoxRelativeAnchors having polygons as their graphics algortihms and FreeFormConnection is used to connect them. At different angles, either the left or the right side of the connection doesn't appear to start/end at the tip of the anchor. But, when I zoom in, the connection appears to be starting from or ending at the anchor.

Please provide me with suggestions to make the connection look better.

Mona,

this looks much like https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=402681 .

There are several issues with rounding and off-by-one effects depending on
zoom. Unfortunately, this is a big topic and we were not yet able to address
it.

However, any help in this is highly welcome... ;-)
