I'm sysadmin for a small firm.
We have local news server fetching and posting articles to upstream
servers to preserve bandwidth (we all read similar groups mainly).
Am I allowed to do the same with news.eclipse.org using
username and password I obtained?

Pitty :(.
Could you explain why?
If username/pwd is for anti SPAM only (as is said
on web pages), I can assure there will be no SPAM
coming from us.
