I have posted this question in the tools.cobol newsgroup, but that site is
pretty quiet. The latest version of the COBOL DT does not compile in 3.1.
The editor runs, but produces noise error-messages.

I am working through the source making obvious changes, but there are no
tests. Is anyone working on it? Is anyone interested in helping me with
changes? What is the status of this project? Who owns it now?
