Hi,

Has someone already experimented to deploy a webservice or a servlet in a
RAP environment?
The idea is to have a webapp that could be started in a RAP plugin with a
similar behaviour as the one for the help plugin in RCP.

Could someone give me some inputs on how to implement this kind of feature?

Thanks a lot,
Xavier

Hi,

did you have a look at

http://www.eclipse.org/equinox/server/http_writing_applicati on.php.

This shows how to register servlets at the OSGi http service. That's the
same mechanism the RAP servlet uses.

Ciao
Frank
