I only recently learned that SWT allows to set a menu item in a menu as
the default menu item (will be in bold face for Windows; eg. to suggest
double click behaviour). However, I use MenuManager throughout.

How is it possible to easily mix the two? It seems MenuManager does not
set the flag, and IContributionItem does not have any marker...
