Dear All,

When Texo is used for generation of JPA annotated POJOs it needs two models:
- Ecore file for domain model
- Annotations Model for additional information on JPA annotations.

Is it possible to somehow specify information on JPA annotations directly in ECore model? E.g. by using Ecore annnotations?

I am especially interested about it in regard to the future support of Xcore in Texo. It would be really comfortable to use one XCore file to specify object and its attributes together with metadata for JPA annotations.

What do you think?

Cheers,
Dominik

Hi Dominik,
I am on holiday, therefore the slower reply... Yes I think it makes sense to have this, but code to parse annotations is
sometimes a fair amount of work. That's my main obstacle for this. Let me ask/ping Ed Merks if there is another way to
integrate the annotations model with xcore.
