Hi! I'm trying to see if there's a way I can loop through a dataset I have. Here's the details of what I want to do:

1. Check a column's value.
2. If it's null, I want to check the previous row's value.
3. If the previous row = "LOP", increment a counter.
4. Then I want to display the value of that counter in the report.
