OSGI DS services not working when I am trying start with with different module. [message #1240299]

I am working with e(fx)clipse 0.9.0 with java 8,
I am creating few DS service in an e4 FX application, It is running fine when i am using with same e4 FX application but not started when i am trying use then in another application.

I'm not sure what you are doing - please rephrase your question.
