You can try an old version, but I think you will need Eclipse 3.3 (due
out this summer). If you need access now, try the milestones releases
[1]. These are very stable since the Eclipse developers are using these
to develop Eclipse.

From what I have heard, the Windows version works well, and the Windows
(WPF) is still work in progress.
