[Net4j] Considering eclipse proxy setting in HTTPClientConnector [message #1239414] Tue, 04 February 2014 01:25 Go to next message

Hi all!

I'd like to know, how to get Net4j HTTPClientConnector to consider eclipse proxy settings. As I've seen it's using ApacheHttpClient, which does not consider nor eclipse (of course) non JVM (System.setProperty("http.proxtHost", "host")) proxy settings.

Small patch to HTTPClientConnector have solved a problem, but I'd like to know, if there are some build-in mechanisms, and if there none, are any of Net4j developers/users interested in such a patch?

Thanks in advance.

No, not much work has been done on the HTTPConnector since its initial prototyping.

Certainly I'd be happy to review it. Ideally you submit a Gerrit review.
