Since upgading to Eclipse 3.3 and WTP 2.0, the filename in the editor tab
occasionally disappears or changes to "busy." If I edit the file I see an
asterisk, and if I hover the mouse over the tab I see the full correct path
name. But the tab stays blank (excpet for an asterisk if I've modified the
content) or "busy" and does not show the actual file name again unless I
clsoe the tab and re-select the file for editing.
I believe this is only happening with JSP files, but I'm not 100% sure.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

I haven't seen this with the WST editors (XML, XSD, WSDL, etc), I don't
do much in the way of JSP editing though, so it could be JSP specific.
Have you tried updating to Eclipse 3.3.1 and WTP 2.0.1 to see if your
problem is fixed?
