New to programming/Eclipse. How do I create a standalone program? [message #1235160]

Hey everybody.

I know how to create a program in Eclipse and run it from there, but what if I want to create the program as an executable file that I can send to someone else (somebody who isn't a programmer for example) to run?

I hope I'm using the right terminology.
