Java 7 and Eclipse [message #1234298]

When trying to run a sample project from Eclipse, the videos and tutorials say to click the run and select Java application. However, all I see is (none applicable). What am I missing in the configuration or setup of Eclipse?

What did you download from Eclipse? Which sample project are you talking about?
