Cannot create j2ee and web projects in eclispse [message #201275]

You'll want the tools from the Web Tools Project (WTP). The WTP home
page is http://www.eclipse.org/wtp.

You need the Web Tools Platform. Check the update options under Help ->
Software Updates -> Find and Install -> Search for new features

If you don't see WTP, then try the instructions at

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/
