We want to upgrade from BIRT 2.5 to 4.3. Any one else do this? What major problems should we expect, if any?

We have been running our insurance company policy claim system production and financial reporting on BIRT since 2009. Great tool, but looking forward to improvements. Anticipating the MSOffice upgrades will be most appreciated. Hope page numbers restarting with groups is easier now.
