IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime [message #200730]

when trying to test a web service project from eclipse. The eclipse

I've googled around a bit and this has been a problem in the past but it
seems as though it had been patched and subsequent versions were going
to be fixed.

I've tried refresh, clean, starting eclipse with the -clean flag,
nothing seems to be working.

Does anybody have any insight? Any help would be appreciated.

I hit similar problem with Eclipse 3.3.0 and jboss-4.2.0.GA.
For me a workaround was to turn off the automatically publishing option in
the server tab. It caused a concurrency issues while deploying web service.
