Accessing the actions present in the CoolBar [message #200330]

Hi All,

In my application there is one action in my MenuBar... if i click that
particular action, all the actions in the coolbar should be disabled.

Can any one tell me how to get the handle of the coolbar and access all
the action items present in the coolbar.
