Sapphire project has achieved sufficient maturity that I have started the process to exit incubation. This will happen in conjunction with the next major release, which has been renamed from 0.8 to just 8.

Sapphire 8 is scheduled for June 25th, 2014 and will release as part of Luna simultaneous release.
