Install Maven plugin via command prompt [message #1227114] Fri, 03 January 2014 10:33
Eclipse UserFriend
Hello,

I am trying to install the Maven plugin via a Windows command prompt. I have put together the following batch script but it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to install this on a Windows 2012 server 64 bit. My goal is to be able to incorporate this into a Chef recipe. I found Chef recipes for Linux and MacOS but nothing for Windows. Has anyone done this before and if so can anyone help me out?

eclipsec.exe
   -nosplash
   -application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.director
   -repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler, hxxp://repository.sonatype.org/content/sites/forgesites/m2e/0.12.0/S/0.12.0.20101102-1505/
   -installIU org.eclipse.cdt.feature.group
   -destination c:\eclipse\

Thank you,
Mike
