I've created a plug-in for a category of custom facets that developers in my
group will use to create empty "skeletal" Dynamic Web Projects with various
default resources and artifacts (directories, files, web.xml settings,
etc.).

Our project directory conventions dictate that these types of projects have
certain values for the Context Root and Content Directory, which are
different from the Eclipse defaults.

Is there a way that I can implemet a delegate class in the facet that
overrides the defaults, so that when the Web Module settings dialog comes
up, the "correct" settings (according to our conventions) are automatically
filled in?
