Hi! I'm new here. My language is Spanish, so sorry if I do a mistake writing. In download options I found different "Packages" of Eclipse. I was reading in internet that Eclipse use plugins and I can add this plugins to eclipse, but I don't want to install these plugins, I want the most complete version. If in the future I need to install one, I will do, but if it's not necessary, I'll not do that.
So, I only want to know which is the most complete "Package".

That depends on what you want to do. The packages were designed to give
the "most complete" version for a specific usage. If you are doing Java
development then the Java developers version might be appropriate. If
you are developing Java Web applications, then the EE version would be
what you are looking for.
Pick the one that fits you needs the best. You can always install
additional features later using the built in install feature.
