Hi,
I have extracted eclipse SDK-3.2.2-win32.zip. While launching Eclipse
---------------------------
Eclipse
---------------------------
A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK)
must be available in order to run Eclipse. No Java virtual machine
was found after searching the following locations:
C:\dev\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe
'javaw.exe' in your current PATH
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
alert is displayed.
Do we need to install JDK seperately.

Ajit,
Yes, there is no JDK supplied with Eclipse. Yuo will need JDK 1.4.2 or greater.
