Hi,
as I'm switching to eclipse as primary IDE, I wondered if there is a similar approach to VS intellisense:
* getting online API info for functions
(short / long / parameter / return value description)
* similar content assist
(adding [a-zA-Z.(] to content assist triggers seems like a workaround - is there a more advanced solution, though?)
IMHO, this should be coupled with doxygen (or similar; the VS syntax is comparable at least), so these info can be used in a project documentation!
As eclox seemed the first step towards this direction, I wonder why it's not being developed anymore? (I'd like to contribute. Don't have the knowledge to dig into these topics yet)
Any other hints on a comprehensive documentation approach are welcome!
Best regards,
Florian
P.S.: If i missed some topics I'd be sorry - couldn't find exactly the question I was asking for.
