I am trying to use ConstrainedToolbarLayout to layout my elements
vertically. I drag and drop elments and they are alligned by the layout.
It allows to vertically stretch the last added element and all the
others fit the same height.
I tried to stretch some intermediate elements but it is impossible. I
don't really understand why. The resize request is getted by the
editpolicy there is no consequence to this. Does the layout block any
change on the layouted elements except the las one?

Can someone help me understand how it woks.
