with WTP 2.0 there is this new nice html editor with the live preview

"JavaServer Faces Tools - Web Page Editor"

(installed as a part of JST)

This editor also has a "CSS Style Definition" dialog that can get
invoked when editing the "style" attribute on a html element (using the
properties view).

Now, there is also a CSS editor with syntax highlighting and code
completion. But I could not figure out how to use this "CSS Style
Definition" dialog in a CSS file. Is this possible? Or is this planned
for the near future?
