Does birt allow loading a library within a report's JavaScript handler?

The background for this question is that we need to execute one report
design in the context of different clients calling the report.
(e.g. each client wants to enjoy their own corporate identity). So the
idea is to define a library including all the look and feel for a
specific client.

Thanks
Martin
