Hi,

I am trying to create a simple diagram editor. I use the GMF dashboard
and I manage to validate the mapping model derived as well. However,
when I transform the mapping model to the Diagram Gen Model, I get a
"Validation failed unexpectedly for 'Type Link Model Facet'. See log for
details.".

Could you inform me on what is the usual cause for this error? I need to
take a closer look on this matter to give more information, but it would
be nice to have a starting point to figure out what is wrong.

Thank you in advance,
Kimon

Open Up the PDE Error log. It should display an error like a PDE
compilation error. Double click on it. It should locate itself on the
offending definition...
