Hello,

I was trying to Start a Dynamic We Project today and after I enter the
name of the project and click finish, a "Licence Agreement" window pops up
saying :

A request has made to cache the resource
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-app_2_4.xsd and at the bottom of the
window, it says Loading license... with the "I Agree" button grayed out.

How can I fix this ?
