hi Ede,

please have a look at the Setup captue in the 1st getting started tutorial
"http://wiki.eclipse.org/GMF_Tutorial"--it is pretty straightforward.

GMF's update sites are listed on the website:
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/gmf/updates/
