Is there any plan to support the creation of Server Runtimes for JBoss
Application Server 4.2?

There are already server runtimes available for JBoss 4.2 and JBoss 5.0 in
the dev stream of WTP 2.0. They should be publicly available with WTP 2.0
RC0.
