If I set the line with of a rectangle to 0, the top and left side of
the rectangle are drawn, the bottom and right side are not drawn. I
was expecting not to see any outline at all. Is this a bug?

Use RectangleFigure#setOutline(false) to not see the outline. A line width
of 0 means a non-zooming 1-pixel line. Why the right top and bottom don't
show up in this case, though, I don't know. I'll investigate.
