Hi everybody,
i'm getting a blocking error while dragging a transition.
Full picture: we implemented a state machine editor, mainly consisting in
states and transitions between states.
If the graph dimension is bigger then viewable area and we try to connect
two states that are only partially visible, dragging a connection between
them than the connection preview is completely wrong (it doesn't connect the
source with mouse arrow during drag), it goes through the editor out of
control. We experienced this problem first in eclipse 2 and than in eclipse
3.0.1; the process of dragging a transition was not stopped and releasing
the mouse the transition was well painted. BUT with eclipse 3.1.0 this
error generates an infinite loop, blocking eclipse.
Suggestions will be really appreciated.
