Property Save not working with eclipse 4.2 [message #1195986]

Eclipse User

We recently migrated our project from eclipse 3.6 to 4.2. We have editable property view. When I change anything in property view text box and save it, IEditor seems to be saved, but as soon as I change perspective, IEditor goes back to dirty state.

Is this a known issue(I searched forum and couldn't find anything similar)?
Is there anything extra that we need to implement for eclipse 4.2?

Any reply will be very helpful.
