All,

I'm a researcher working on interfacing the Harmonia project
(www.cs.berkeley.edu/~harmonia) with Eclipse, and am curious about the
'technology' project. What are the benefits of being a 'technology'
project? We already have a CVS repository, a mailing list, etc. What
is required to become a technology project?
