You have two options:
A) Use the Eclipse.org search and browse facility at
http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/

B) Use plain old Google, specifying "site:eclipse.org" in front of your
query to narrow it down to Eclipse.org material. The newsgroups archives
are indexed by Google so they show up in searches as above.
