A)What layout manager is supposed to be used.
B)Can the bounding box be removed and only two handles be available, one
for begin point, one for end point?
C)Are there any resources for using them?

>> XYLayout can be used for polyline, but then to be able to move polyline
some extra needs to be done. Please check one of my posts regarding polyline
at http://eclipsewiki.editme.com/GefDescription2?show-menu=true

>> Well that can be certainly be done by digging into the GEF code to hook our
own handles.
