Can you please be more specific about exactly what you are trying and
exactly what problems you are encountering?

I'm downloading the wtp plugins 1.5.2 in http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/
but this link to download the required emf plugin is broken

same thing happens if you update thru the update manager tool
