Unable to install JBoss AS server adapter [message #1188067]

Hi to all,

I'm setting up a JBoss developement environment. I built a JBoss 7 server on a Ubuntu 12.04 virtual machine and work just fine.
Now I need to link my Eclipse (for J2EE) IDE to my JBoss server and so I should install the JBoss AS adapter. I go to New -> Others -> Server -> Server, click "Next", "Download additional server adapters". The automatic procedure cannot retrieve the adapters from the repository leaving a blank list for the adapters

Than I tried to install the JBoss AS tools by dragging and dropping the "Install" icon into Eclipse, but the process ends with an error:

Can you please help me solving this problem?
